Questions
Do I need a hub?
No. The sensor connects straight to your home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) and sends alerts through the free Smart Life app.
Are there monthly fees?
No. You buy the trap once and the alerts are free.
How long does the battery last?
Several months in normal use, depending on how often the trap is set and fired. The app shows when the battery is getting low.
What if my Wi-Fi doesn't reach the loft?
Check your phone gets Wi-Fi where the trap will go. If it's weak, a plug-in Wi-Fi extender usually fixes it.
When will my pre-order arrive?
We expect to dispatch in January 2027. We'll email you with updates, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind and return it unused for a refund.
Is it safe around children and pets?
It's a snap trap, so place it where children and pets can't reach it, and keep your fingers clear of the kill bar when setting it.
